EA Believes Battlefield Bad Company 2’s Multiplayer is in Good Position

DICE’s Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is certainly looking to challenge Modern Warfare 2 in all aspects. The shooter’s executive producer has claimed that the game’s online multiplayer mode is “simply” better than MW2.

In an interview with Eurogamer.de, Battlefield: Bad Company 2’s executive producer Charles Magnusson, spoke about the shooter’s online component:

I certainly respect our colleagues and they have made a first-class title on the legs, but I think we simply have a better, richer multiplayer experience. Exactly what we wanted to achieve and I believe we succeeded in that, too.

The exclusive PS3 beta proved to be a massive success, adding more pressure to the biggest entertainment launch in history. The demo for the shooter will be arriving in the PlayStation Store on February 4 for Europe and February 11 for North America.

The hotly anticipated shooter arrives on March 2 in North America and March 5 in Europe.
