Kratos Cuts Out Load Times With Blades of Chaos

Only a few weeks left until what is turning out to be the most anticipated game yet will arrive on the PS3. However, the massive amount of space God Of War III will eat up on a single dual-layer Blu-Ray disc has some fans wondering if Kratos latest will be spoiled by lengthy load times.

Fear not, as God Of War III will not feature any loading times… absolutely none. The news may come as a surprise to some after the game’s Blu-Ray usage was revealed. Christer Ericson, Director of Technology at Sony Santa Monica Studio confirmed the exciting news for fans via his twitter.

And since people asked: #GoW3 has seamless loading. No install, followed by 10+ hours of play uninterrupted by load screens!

10 hours of ripping monster heads off sounds very intriguing, especially with no interruptions what so ever. Another piece of news which should make God Of War fans occupied till the release, is Geoff Keighley confirming a God Of War filled episode to be featured on GTTV this week, including one of Kratos’ fierce enemies; Kronos. And if that isn’t enough… recently, the God Of War III back cover was unveiled which featured some interesting information.

The last tale in the Greek mythology-based trilogy will arrive on March 16th.
