PS3 firmware update 3.40? Check… PlayStation Plus? Check… PlayStation Plus now available in the PlayStation Store.
Along with the amazing value outlined here, PlayStation Plus also brings some new features to the XMB.
If you check the PS3 XMB under Settings > System Settings, you’ll notice a nifty new automatic download feature. Along with that, it added a little PlayStation Plus logo to my PSN profile, on my friends list, even my little ticker in the upper right hand corner of my XMB.
