PlayStation 3 is Now Official Game Console of New Zealand

Remember that New Zealand TV station that found it necessary to go ahead and blatantly copy the awesomeness that is Kevin Butler for their evening programming schedule? Well, it looks like bridges (and Kevin’s ego) are certainly in the process of being mended, as the station found it necessary to send Mr. Butler a good ol’ New Zealand care package. Trust us, Modern Warfare 2 ain’t got nothin’ on this one!

Nothing says “We’re sorry!” much like this New Zealand tiding of good will towards the PlayStation 3, as it is now the official game console of Aotearoa (New Zealand). Mr. Butler was kind enough to post pictures of the package, which appears to contain the following:

  • Plaque Signifying the PlayStation 3 as Official Game Console of Aotearoa
  • Season One of Flight of The Conchords
  • Marmite
  • Pascall Pineapple Lumps
  • Milo Chocolate Drink Mix
  • Bag of Toffee Pops (Thanks Kiwi09!)

Flight of the Conchords AND chocolate beverages!? This epic care package can only be described in two words… choice bro! So if you happen to see a New Zealander on the street, be sure and be of service to them and inform them that their country’s official game console is the PlayStation 3!
