Beyond Good & Evil to Go Beyond a PSN Re-Release

September 30, 2010 Written by Thomas Williams

Beyond Good & Evil is one of the most critically acclaimed games all of last-gen gaming. But there was one tiny problem… despite being released across four different gaming platforms at the time, it sold about as well as the dirt sandwiches your little sister tried to sell you as a kid. Beyond Good & Evil Fanboys and for those of you who missed out on the game (read: 80% of gamers at the time) Ubisoft is looking to cure this problem, with an HD re-release planned on the PSN!! Details After the break!

Michel Ancel’s ‘Masterpiece’ is finally going to get the attention it deserves. Planned for a ’2011′ release on the PSN, look for 1080p graphics, revised character models, remastered musical score, updated textures, Trophy support, plus online leader boards to make this the ultimate version of Beyond Good & Evil!

For those of you who know little about the game, I recommend checking out its Wikipedia page! I owned the PS2 version back in the day and I highly recommend checking the HD re-release once it hits the PSN next year. For those of you who missed out the first time, don’t let it happen a second!
