Recently, a few well-known online retailers, including Amazon, listed Batman Arkham City as a March, 2011 release. Publisher Warner Bros. has reiterated that the title will be releasing in Autumn, 2011.
A Warner Bros. representative said the following statement to VG247:
“Just to confirm, Batman Arkham City will be available in autumn 2011.”
Play.com, ShopTo and the world’s largest online retailer Amazon all had the game listed as March 26th release. Upon the game’s official announcement the release window given for the sequel was Fall 2011.
