The 2011 season of NASCAR is getting ready at the starting blocks but sadly its video game counterpart will need a little extra time in the pit. Originally scheduled for a February release date, NASCAR: The Game 2011 is now eying a March 29th start time.
First time publisher Activision gave no reason for the delay, but it does seem odd considering that will be six races into the season and miss one of the biggest races in the Daytona 500. As with any delay, you can only hope that this added time gives developer Eutechnyx time to tweak and/or fix any possible issues in the game.
