Another character vignette from Anarchy Reigns has been released, this time revealing the Blacker Baron, a beast who’s bringing the pain with maximum style.
Anarchy Reigns is the new beat ’em up style game from Platinum games, which looks like it’s going to deliver the over the top action insanity that the development studio is well known for. While incredibly fast paced combat with explosive visuals is sure to get the blood pumping, it’s the fancy characters, and their unique brand of zaniness that really make the game stand out. Make your acquaintance with the Blacker Baron, the loud mouthed pimp who brings the fighting skills necessary to keep his employees in line. Some of you may already be familiar with him, since he played a central role in the 2009 Wii game, MadWorld, as an announcer and contender in the Bloodbath Challenges.
He may have an immoral job, but who can say no to “Sexy Fists of Fire”? It puts a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘bringing the heat’. Sega and Platinum games are tentatively scheduled to release the brawler later this fall, and hopefully we’ll find out about more of the characters in the meantime.
