Back in the early ’90s, Sonic the Hedgehog was easily as popular as everyone’s favorite plump plumber, Mario. The SEGA mascot was on fire during the Genesis days, but any and all recent releases have left fans feeling — just like Sonic himself — a little blue. Not anymore, hopes SEGA, as they’re bringing Sonic back to his heyday with an all new game.
It’s been 20 years since Sonic the Hedgehog debuted on the SEGA Genesis, and to commemorate this monumental milestone, SEGA has released an all new 20th Anniversary trailer which reveals a new Sonic title coming in 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
