Get a $50 Gift Card for Buying Portal Kombat 2

A great deal has shown up that should help anyone out who’s torn between Portal 2 and Mortal Kombat, both of which are releasing next week.

Next week is surely going to be an epic time for gaming, with the highly anticipated Portal 2 and Mortal Kombat games releasing simultaneously on April 19th. Obviously this presents a difficult decision for anyone with a budget, but Toys R’ Us has a great motivator for stretching that budget and picking up both. On April 19th only, picking up both games will reward you with a $50 gift card, which is nearly the value of a whole game (Prince of Persia HD releases the same day too, by the way). This deal only works for in store pick ups, and is one day only.

If you really don’t have the dough to do that though, don’t worry, there’s still a nice little bonus available. Picking up either Portal 2 or Mortal Kombat on their own grants you a $15 gift card instead. That way you can grab a toy for your kid and distract them while you have fun with portals, or beat the skeleton out of Shang Tsung.

Despite the games being completely different from each other, it does sound like an incredible combination. Which deal will you use to put new holes in the walls?
