Learn your Classes in Dragon’s Dogma Screens

New screenshots for Capcom’s upcoming game Dragon’s Dogma have found their way onto the internet this morning and with them we get a good look at three classes for the open-world RPG.

The first one is the Fighter, a close-range combatant who uses a sword and shield as their main way of attack and defense. Secondly is the Strider, an acrobatic class whose moves are swift and agile and uses a bow for long-range attacks. Lastly we come across the Mage, who should be self-explanatory but he uses the power of magic to take down his enemies.

Dragon’s Dogma is a brand new IP from Capcom that bears a lot of resemblance to Oblivion and Capcom’s other series Monster Hunter. The game will feature a vast open world full of fully alive NPC’s who move around based on their own schedules and can be communicated with in full voice. Dogma is being designed to be playable by anyone, even if you’re not skilled in action games.

Dragon’s Dogma is set for release on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012.
