Namco Bandai Reminisces, Lets Out New Screens and Trailers

Namco Bandai has released a few new trailers, alternative box art designs, and several screenshots for its upcoming adventure title, The Reminiscence of Haruhi Suzumiya. Set to appear on both PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3, the game will ship on May 12 in Japan.

If you’re not familiar with the lighthearted nature of the Harui games, these screens and even the last batch do a pretty good job of visually demonstrating its Japanese style.

Now onto three trailers, clocking in around a minute and a half each. The first of these shows main character Haruhi and all of her flavorful personality.

Case 2 involves Mikuru Ashahina. It has a moment or two that overlaps the other videos, but stick with it:

And Case 3 shows a lot of involvement on the part of supporting character Yuki Nagato (the dude):

As seen in the clips above, there are various times in which the player often takes control of the story and makes a pivotal decision on where to go and what to do. No release date is in sight outside of Japan for this title, but stick around to see if that changes.
