Limbo For PSN Creeps Out of The Darkness And Gets Rated [Update: It’s Official]

Update: Sony have now confirmed that Limbo is indeed coming to PSN, with PlayStation tweeting “Playdead founder @DinoPatti confirms that their masterpiece LIMBO is heading to PSN in July. More details next week!”

Original story:

Xbox Live arcade puzzle-platformer Limbo, which was released last summer on the XBLA, looks to be on its way over to the PlayStation Network.  A rating found on the Korean Game Ratings Board, filed on June 29th, has given the game a 15+ rating and has the publisher listed as Sony Computer Entertainment Korea.

Limbo has been a smash hit since it hit the XBLA last year and would be a welcome addition to the PlayStation Network. For those without a 360, Limbo is a game presented in monochromatic black-and-white tones, using various grain effects and sounds to give gamers a very eerie feel. In the game you must solve puzzles and survive the dark setting to find your missing sister.

Praised by critics, we hope that this rating does indeed mean we will be getting the game on the PlayStation Network and once we know more we will let you know.
