Enough Ragnarok Screens to Destroy the World

July 20, 2011 Written by Heath Hindman

A couple of months ago, Gung Ho Online Entertainment introduced Ragnarok Hikari to Yami no Koujo (Roughly translated into English as Ragnarok: Princess of Light and Dark). Now, we’ve got over 50 screenshots for your to look upon:

Starring the characters Tolane, Cynthia, and Adelaide, Ragnarok: Princess of Light and Dark tells a new, original story set in the same universe as Gravity Corp’s mega-hit Ragnarok Online. Gung Ho will be overseeing the production, but the actual development is being handled by cooperating studios Chime and Apollo Soft. The latter is made up mostly of former Flight Plan employees (including Koichi Kawase), a dev house you might know from games such as the Summon Night series and PS2 RPG Eternal Poison. These same studios collaborated last year for the PSP RPG Blue Roses, which was published in Japan by Nippon Ichi, but never made it into international stores.

The game does not yet have a release date and seems unlikely to see Western soil.
