Silent Hill: Book of Memories has received the gamescom treatment with a new trailer and screenshots for the PlayStation Vita title. Book of Memories is a top-down co-op game in development by WayForward, who is currently working on BloodRayne: Betrayal.

In SH: Book of Memories, you will create a custom character and be handed a book full of memories that you can rewrite by playing the stages of course. This will be the very first Silent Hill game to feature multiplayer gameplay and but stays true to the series with staples of the franchise, such as the infamous Pyramid Head. It will be interesting to see just how this series plays out with multiple players, especially on the PlayStation Vita.
