Rumors have been circulating since June, when an advertisement was posted by a Spanish retailer, that Capcom was preparing to re-release the original Devil May Cry games. Today those rumors have heated up with the first three titles Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening being categorized by the ESRB not only for the PS2, but also for the PS3.

You can check out a photo the ESRB listing below:

Capcom hasn’t officially confirmed the collection, but the 10th anniversary of the series’ North American debut is coming up in October, so it would be the perfect time to make the announcement. Capcom, and Ninja Theory are also currently working on the franchise reboot, entitled DmC: Devil May Cry, which features a more modern take on Dante. Fans have taken to message boards across the internet, voicing their opinions, questioning Dante’s new look. Perhaps, this can give said fans a chance to relive Dante’s adventures in their more traditional form.
