Japanese gamers have more to look forward to on November 2nd than just Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. One the same day, a limited edition controller inspired by the game will also arrive on store shelves sporting a very unique aesthetic.
As you can see in the images below, the controller is two-toned, featuring a tan top and a dark brown bottom. In addition, the controller is detailed with a number of brown markings, including the infamous ring that Drake keeps around his neck. However, instead of coming across as a cool piece of hardware, the controller looks a bit too busy and (in my opinion) ugly.
While it’s only confirmed for a Japan release, it’d be crazy for Sony to keep the controller confined to Japanese shores, considering the popularity of the franchise in North American and Europe. If and/or when Sony does announce its arrival to other territories you can be sure we’ll let you know.
