The Tales Series Makes its Debut on the Vita with Innocence R Trailer

September 16, 2011 Written by Alex Osborn

Namco Bandai is bringing its beloved role-playing series Tales to the PlayStation Vita with Tales of Innocence R. Hardcore fans of the franchise will be well aware of the fact that Tales of Innocence first appeared on the Nintendo DS, and this version of the title is simply a “re-imagining” of the original.

Anyone who has seen or played Tales of Innocence on the DS will immediately be able to see the improvements that have been made to this revamped Vita port. As you’ll be able to see for yourself in the trailer below, the game looks fantastic, with visuals that outclass its DS counterpart on every level. Considering the tech that is packed into the Vita this should come as no shock, though it is nice to see that Namco Bandai is really taking the time to polish the experience for PlayStation Vita owners.

No word yet on when the game is expected to launch, so keep it here at PlayStation LifeStyle for all your Vita news.
