To celebrate the launch, Sony has coupled the game’s release with a very beautiful launch trailer.
ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are regarded two of the best titles that graced the PlayStation 2. The artistic visual design combined with compelling storytelling methods made these two titles stand out from the console’s vast array of games.
Since both of these games pushed the system to its limits, the original experience was hindered by frame rate issues and graphical limitations. Fortunately, now with much more powerful hardware, gamers can experience these works of art the way the developer intended. As you’ll see in the trailer below, the games remain true to the originals, with only changes being made to improve the look and feel of the game.
