Rockstar Games have released a collection of HD screenshots for the multiplayer mode of Max Payne 3. The screenshots show teams of mercenaries taking each other on in destroyed urban environments. The franchise favorite move of diving to the ground while shooting is also in full effect (although the dive is presumably not in slow motion), giving us an up-close and personal looking at the detail player models featuring in the game.
Max Payne 3 marks the return of the classic third person shooter franchise. The original game, and its sequel Max Payne 2, were both released for the PlayStation 2 in 2002 and 2004 respectively. Max Payne 3 brings the franchise into the next generation with detailed characters, lush South American environments and flying bullets.
