9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors Follow-Up Coming To 3DS & PS Vita in North America

The next installment in the Extreme Escape Adventure series that began with Nintendo DS sleeper hit 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors will be coming to North America.

Aksys has announced that they’ll be releasing Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward — also known in Japan as Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die — in North America on both the PlayStation Vita and the Nintendo 3DS. The game will be released at retail for both platforms, in addition to a digital PSN release for Vita, before the end of the year.

The game supports both English and Japanese languages, with playable dialogue available for both languages. The game’s “Novel” sections have fully voiced dialogue, in which all characters except for the protagonist speak.

Zero Escape will offer three-dimensional in-game environments to explore by rotating a camera. Players can also select and rotate objects in a three-dimensional space as well. For those not familiar with the previous game, 999 had drawn, more traditional adventure game environments.

The game will feature returning characters from 999, in addition to introducing new characters.

Finally, the game will have 24 different endings.
