Sonic Adventure 2 Confirmed for PSN, Coming This Fall

Sega’s Dreamcast classic Sonic Adventure 2 has been confirmed for the PlayStation Network and will be coming later this year.

The publisher announced the upcoming digital release at Comic-Con during their Sonic Boom event this past weekend. The game will also be headed to Xbox Live Arcade and will arrive at the same time. Sega didn’t have much else to share, but if you’ve played Sonic Adventure 2 before, then you have a pretty good idea of what’s coming.

Those who owned a GameCube back in the day will recall that an updated port came to Nintendo’s purple box several years ago with the “Battle” subtitle and a handful of new features. Sega didn’t comment on whether or not this extra content will be coming as well, so stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks.
