Update: It looks like the PS3 version is even bigger as the PlayStation Store now lists Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time at 18.9GB, while the PlayStation Vita version is now at 3.3GB.
Original Story: We offered up our verdict on Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time earlier today and, unlike Dead Space 3, which launched at 12:01 am PST this morning, you’ll have to wait until the PlayStation Store updates sometime this afternoon to download it to your PS3 or PS Vita.
When the store does update, you can expect Thieves in Time to take up a whopping 16.5GB on your PlayStation 3 and a much smaller 3.5GB on your PlayStation Vita. Comparing it to other 2013 releases, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was bigger at 21.7GB, DmC Devil May Cry was much smaller at 6.6GB, and Dead Space 3 is 10.9GB.
Also, the size of the PS Vita version means that anyone who wants to take advantage of the Cross Buy on the PS3 copy must have at least 3.5GB open on their memory card to download and play it.
