Amidst all the mystery of announcements expected at gamescom from someone like Ubisoft, Housemarque has seemingly narrowed down that they’ll be showing off one of their PS4 projects at the event in Germany, possibly during the Sony conference.
Earlier this month, Housemarque revealed that they would be attending the event, and today, they responded “yes” to someone who asked them, “Will we finally get some PS4 news at Gamescom?” It remains to be seen if this will be their “spiritual successor” to the Super Stardust franchise, the unannounced project, or both.
Whatever happens at gamescom, we’ll be sure to tell you all about it, and if the Sony XDev tweet is anything to go by, it should be a good event.
