Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer Reveal Trailer Confirms Customization, Female Soldiers, Destructible Environments, More (Update: Squads Gameplay, Clan Wars Video)

In case you missed it during the livestream, Activision has pulled back the curtain on the multiplayer portion of Call of Duty: Ghosts, showing off customization, female soldiers, destructible environments, and more:

And here’s the video for Squads Multiplayer:

And the video showing off Clan Wars:

A few more tidbits about the multiplayer are that deathtreaks will be removed, Riley is a killtreak, game objectives help build your killstreak, strike packages are back, and squad mates behave based on the weapon they have equipped (sniper rifle means you move like a sniper, SMG means you’re more run and gun, etc).

As well, you can expect 7 new modes, more than 20 new killstreaks, more than 30 new weapons, a new weapon class, and a free mobile app that offers stats, second screen functions (including Clan Wars), clan chat, and more.

A round-up of details was posted on One of Swords’ website.

We’re still waiting for confirmation on the Hardened and Prestige Editions, so stay tuned for that, though we do know that the 1080p camera will be included in the Prestige Edition.

If you’re wondering what song was playing during the trailer, that is Eminem’s new song, Survival, that will be on his new album when it releases this fall.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available on November 5th for current generation systems, with a next-gen release likely happening in November as well.
