  • The Burial at Sea Part 1 DLC for BioShock Infinite still doesn’t have a firm release date, just that it will be out “before the holiday” and “it’s not done yet, we don’t have a date yet.” [Source]
  • Available only in Europe, Ubisoft has announced the Assassin’s Creed Heritage Collection for release on November 8th, which will include Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed II Game of the Year Edition, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and Assassin’s Creed III.   • In case you haven’t heard, Valhalla Knights for PSP (PS Vita compatible) is currently free on the PlayStation Store. Grab it while it’s hot! [Store]
  • The Kickstarter campaign for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero ended at a total of $811,962! [Source]
  • Gamefly is holding a small used game flash sale with Borderlands 2 at $9.99, Halo 4 at $9.99, and God of War: Ascension at $12.99. [Buy Them]
  • Rainbow Moon has passed QA in Europe, meaning a release date announcement should be close behind. [Twitter]
  • Patch 1.03 for Dragon’s Crown is now available and it stabilizes the online network, gives you an option to hide the triangular character marker, an option to display damage values only for controlled characters, equipment durability for the Amazon/Fighter takes less damage when guarding, balance adjustments for the Amazon have been made to the Berserk effect, and includes other minor improvements.   • The first episode for The Wolf Among Us from Telltale Games, called Faith, releases this month on PS3, with the next 4 episodes (undated) titled Smoke and Mirrors, A Crooked Mile, In Sheep’s Clothing, and Cry Wolf. Expect a firm release date for Episode 1 soon. [Source]
  • The Battlefield 4 beta is now available for all to download from the PlayStation Store and play with. Have fun! [Get It]
  • Starting on October 11th, just a few days after the Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition releases in North America, Gearbox will begin the Borderlands 2 $100,000 Loot Hunt. Basically, this gives you a chance to win a variety prizes. [Sign Up Here]
  • Both Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD and the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 demo have gone gold, weeks before the release date at the end of this month. [Twitter]
  • Sounds like Flower, the PS4 version launching alongside the system, will be running at 60fps with full 1080p visuals and extra grass details, at least according to Tim Moss, Director of Technology at Sony Santa Monica. [Twitter]
  • If you pre-order South Park: The Stick of Truth from Amazon.com at the Ubisoft booth (1320/1321) during New York Comic-Con between October 10th – 13th, you’ll get the 3″ Grand Wizard Cartman figurine from Kidrobot. [Press Release]
