After the Redeem Voucher option was disabled this past weekend in North America and Europe, the PS Blog has confirmed that it is back up and running in North America:

There’s still no update for the status of European code redemption, so if you’ve noticed that all the issues have disappeared there, please let everyone know in the comments below.
