Shuhei Yoshida and Scott Rohde were already given their chances to name their favorite games of the generation, and now it’s Adam Boyes’ turn. Unlike the other two, Boyes wanted to pick games that brought him back or made him reminisce, rather than just the best games of this generation:
- Red Dead Redemption
- Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune
- Bionic Commando (the retail one; he worked on it)
- Far Cry 3
- Journey
- Diablo III
- Hotline Miami (on Vita)
- Divekick (honorable mention on Vita)
- Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (he worked on it)
- The Last of Us
- Grand Theft Auto V (beats out The Last of Us)
Giving a little tease about the future, Boyes did mention an upcoming game:
I got a chance to have a super sneak peek of a game that’s coming up and I’d lost my mind, it was amazing. I can’t say what it is, but… [it’s] for PS4.
As for what coming soon game he expects to put the most time in to, he named Rogue Legacy.
