  • Due to the fact that it’s awesome and just $2 for PlayStation Plus members in North America right now, there’s “loooaaads of people buying Velocity Ultra in the PSN sale. Yay!” [Twitter]
  • Unity is now available on PlayStation Vita for developers! Basically, “Unity for PS Vita allows you to develop your game once, without rewriting the code from scratch; simply build and run it on your PS Vita devkit.” Now bring on the games! [Source]
  • I don’t know what else they could talk about, but Konami did let it be known that there will be “more details to come on Remote Play” for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. [Twitter]

  • PlayStation Canada has announced that more PS4s are making their way to retailers “soon.” Call your local store and hope! [Twitter]
  • It appears as though Amazon.ca will be sending out more PS4s on February 28th. [Check It Out]
  • The latest GameStop USA ad has Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on PS3 for $29.99, Splinter Cell: Blacklist for $19.99 (and the Paladin Edition for $69.99), and the Turtle Beach P4C headset for $24.99. [Check Out The Ad]
  • King Oddball will hit the PlayStation Vita in North America on February 4th. We’ll let you know once a price is announced for it. [Source]
  • In a series of tweets, Tecmo Koei’s Chin Soon Sun confirmed that your PS3 Dynasty Warriors 8 save data can be transferred to Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends on PS3 and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition on PS4 and PS Vita. As well, Cross Save and Cross Play (not Cross Controller) is supported across all three versions of Xtreme Legends, and Remote Play is supported with the PS4 version. [Twitter 1, 2, 3, 4]
  • He didn’t say if this extends to North America (it’s likely), but Jawad Ashraf of the EU PS Blog said the Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII demo will be available in Europe next week. [Source]

  • Media Molecule Community Manager James Spaffer was asked about possible Tearaway DLC, replying, “Not sure yet… we’re thinking about it quite hard though.” [Source]
  • The release date is of course subject to change, but NewEgg is listing both a Borderlands 2 + Dishonored PS3 game bundle and a Skyrim + BioShock Infinite BioShock PS3 game bundle for release on February 11th at $29.99 each. If true, these would both be some very good deals. [Source 1, 2]

  • Planned for a Q3 2014 release date on PlayStation Vita, Bodycheck from Ludometrics is described as “a sports game for people who don’t necessarily like sports.” You can check out a short gameplay clip of very early footage below, but for the full game they promise punching, scratching, the ability to cast spells, items, multiplayer, and offline play.
