In just a few short days, E3 will officially begin with Microsoft’s press conference on the morning of Monday, June 9th. Many members of PSLS will be headed to Los Angeles for the event, where they are going to play newly announced games all day, and party all night!

Here’s what everyone is playing/doing this weekend:

Alex Co (@Excaliburps)

As much as I’d love to play over the weekend, I’m afraid E3 work will get in the way. But if I do have time, I’ll be playing more Battlefield 4 (now at level 119 and inching to 120), the EA Sports UFC demo since I love MMA, and maybe start playing Transistor to see what all the fuss is all about.

I don’t want to dive into anything too deeply before E3, so I will probably continue to grind out levels on Final Fantasy X HD. I also only have two more trophies to get on Danganronpa, so I’ll be playing my final school mode play through to get the Platinum before heading off to E3 Monday morning. Oh, then I guess there is all that E3 prep to do before we head out too…

I’ll be running around frantically trying to narrow down what I’ll pack for E3. And I almost want to dual-boot my iMac this weekend to play Sims 3… but that would be a really irresponsible choice this particular weekend…

Dan Oravasaari (@FoolsJoker)

I will be in the corner of my room shaking from the sound of more emails flooding into my inbox. *ding* Ahhhhh! That and I will be making sure I have everything I need for E3.

I finally received Watch Dogs on PS4, so I’ll be plugging my way through that this weekend. Although I’ve only played about 30 minutes, my thoughts on Watch Dogs aren’t great so far, with the cramped streets and light-feeling cars being some of my biggest annoyances right off the bat. Oh, and the game froze on me when I tried to adjust the brightness… so that was fun.

I’ll still be hacking around Chi-town this weekend, but with only a Puig and a Wright trophy between me and Platinum for MLB 14: The Show on the Vita, I’ll be going after those as well at some point.

What are you playing this weekend?
