Metro Redux Release Date Confirmed for PS4, Xbox One, PC

Putting it right up against Madden NFL 15, Deep Silver has announced that Metro Redux will release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 26 in North America and August 29 in Europe through retail stores. On those same days in each territory, Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux will be released separately through the PlayStation Store.

Metro 2033 Redux (Digital) – $24.99/€19.99/£15.99

  • The original game – which never appeared on PlayStation – has been rebuilt in the latest and greatest iteration of the 4A Engine, bringing all the graphical and gameplay improvements from Metro: Last Light to Metro 2033 Redux.

  • Received a graphical facelift and gameplay improvements that includes new melee animations, and the fan-requested ‘Check Watch’ and ‘Check Inventory’ features.
  • Includes all previously released Season Pass add-on content – a further 10 hours of single-player gameplay.
  • Ranger Mode: HUD stripped away, hardcore rules apply.
  • Play in the ‘Survival’ Play Style, a fraught slow-burn fight for survival with limited resources, deadlier enemy AI, and slower reload speeds.
