Grand Theft Auto V DualShock 4 Uses Include Touchpad Swiping to Change Weapons, More

When Grand Theft Auto V comes to PlayStation 4 on November 18, it will take full advantage of the DualShock 4 and its various features.

As part of their preview for the game, Gizmodo revealed that the DualShock 4’s speaker will play phone calls and police radio, swiping up or down on the touchpad will change your weapon, swiping left or right on the touchpad will change the radio station, and the light bar will flash blue and red when you have Wanted stars. Additionally, when you hold down the touchpad, the Interactive Menu for Grand Theft Auto Online will pop up.

Over on IGN, they confirmed that switching between first-person and third-person will be done with a tap of the touchpad. This confirms what Rockstar said yesterday about it being done with the “touch of a button.”

Do you like how Rockstar will be utilizing the DualShock 4?
