According to a report from The Guardian, a 22-year-old with ties to Lizard Squad has been arrested. The resident of Twickenham, England wasn’t taken in on anything related to the recent PSN outages, but rather arrested as part of what Thames Valley police called, “an ongoing investigation into cyber-fraud offenses which took place between 2013 and August 2014, during which victims reported funds being stolen from their PayPal accounts.”
