With the development of LittleBigPlanet 3 handed off to Sumo Digital, it’s left Media Molecule free to work on other projects, which includes Tearaway Unfolded and another PS4 title that’s still yet to be fully unveiled.
According to Media Molecule Creative Director Marcos Healey, their new ‘game’ is set to be revealed this year:
This years list; • Finish C64 game • Finish Concept Album • Reveal New Media Molecule ‘Game’ • Destroy Candy Crush Saga Inviters

When someone wondered why ‘game’ was in apostrophe marks, Healey replied, “Yes, well spotted. Now why would I do that? :)”
Over on the Media Molecule website, they don’t give us much information about the PS4 project, but a job listing for a gameplay programmer does call it a “super secret super ambitious new super project!“
