To get the game ready for Crota’s End Hard Mode tomorrow, a new Destiny update went live today in the form of a hot fix (1.1.0.4).
As Bungie says, “Pardon our dust! We are pushing a patch live today. Players will be returned to the title screen from their activities and then be required to log in to Destiny again after installing the patch.”
Here’s the short list of patch notes:
Raids
Crota’s End
- Prepared Hard Mode for manual activation on Wednesday, January 21
- Updates on exact go-time will be given via Twitter after 10am Pacific
Bridge Encounter
- Players are no longer able to de-spawn enemies after activating bridge plates and holding a specific spot
Crota Encounter
- Fixed a rare issue that caused Crota to stop summoning Oversouls
Bungie adds, “To be first to confront Crota in the Hard Mode for the Raid, log out of Destiny tomorrow before 10am Pacific and watch here for updates.”
