English Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Trailer Released, Includes Final Fantasy XV Demo Footage

Debuting earlier this month in Japanese, Square Enix has re-released the final Japanese trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, this time with English subtitles. Inside, you’ll get a spoiler-filled look at the members of Class Zero in Type-0 HD, with Final Fantasy XV demo footage at 3:00.

As they point out at the beginning of the video, “This trailer includes Japanese voice-over. The final game release will give the choice to select either English or Japanese voice-over.”

If you missed the news previously, the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae demo is included with the Day One Edition of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and will be playable when the game launches on March 17 in North America and March 20 in Europe. The demo code is also included with digital versions of the game “for a limited time only,” and the code itself expires in March 2016.

Square Enix said we’ll receive more details about the demo soon, but the latest issue of Famitsu did give us some more information:

  • The Duscae region includes hidden caves, which may be home to secret treasures and powerful monsters.
  • Experience points are earned through battle, but aren’t applied until you camp.
  • While camping, you can talk with your party, adjust equipment, and make food.
  • You can fight the Behemoth from the trailer, but it will be a challenge. If you do die though, your party can save you from death, even if your HP reaches zero.

Are you getting Type-0 HD at launch next month?
