Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy Free DLC Detailed, New Trailer Introduces the Xth Squad

Developed by the same team behind Demon Gaze, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is a PlayStation Vita exclusive dungeon crawler RPG launching on June 5 in Europe and June 9 in North America through retail stores and the PlayStation Store.

In the new trailer, you’ll get introduced to Xth Squad. Alice Mifune, Captain of the Xth Squad, will be guiding you through your initiation to the Code Physics Agency and your tasks of responding to and neutralizing Hazard Cases.

NIS America also detailed some of the DLC that will be available on day one – some paid, some free:

Dark Hero Potraits

  • Content – 6 additional characters and each with 3 different color variations.
  • Price – Free until July 9 (NA)/July 5 (EU), $0.99/€0.99 thereafter

Swim Team Xth Squad Portraits

  • Content – 6 additional female characters in swim suits and each with 3 different color variations.
  • Price – $0.99/€0.99 from June 9 (NA)/ June 5 (EU)

Bonus Content – Two Types of Items to Help Players at the Beginning

  • Power Recorders (x3) – Let’s player save anywhere inside the Abyss.
