New The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Trailer is All About Rage & Steel, Game Will Be Toned Down In Some Countries

Fresh off the PlayStation 4 gameplay video that debuted yesterday, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt received another trailer today, titled Rage & Steel.

Carrying a viewer discretion warning, the video shows why you shouldn’t mess with Geralt as he decapitates enemies and fights giant monsters. If that wasn’t enough, you also get a brief look at Ciri’s powers.

On the topic of censorship, CD Projekt Red Business Development Manager Rafal Jaki revealed on the official forums that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be toned down in the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.

Jaki added:

And I would not really call it a censored version. Yes we had to cover the frontal nudity, and turn down some gore, but this is not what the game is about. The Arabic translation is high quality so we would like for the Arab Gamers to try it out.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt release is less than two weeks away on May 19 in North America and Europe for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
