Releasing at retail for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U, Mighty No. 9 will have both a Day One Edition and Collector’s Edition in North America when it launches this September.

Available to all those who pre-order the game or pick it up at launch, the Day One Edition includes an additional Retro Hero DLC that allows you to battle as a as a retro-inspired version of main character Beck, and also features a 1-hit-death difficulty mode.

In the extremely limited $59.99 Signature Edition, you’ll find the Launch Edition of Mighty No. 9, an individually numbered 6.5 inch statue of Beck featuring 14 different articulation points and three interchangeable faceplates for the statue, and a foil signature from Keiji Inafune.

As for cross-buy details on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita, Mighty No. 9 is fully cross-buy on all physical and digital purchases. Deep Silver’s Ryan Avery explained:

PS4 retail copy will come with a code for the PS3 digital copy, and that will grant entitlement to the PS Vita digital copy when it releases shortly after. PS4 retail owners will not get digital copies for PS4.

Avery adds, “Standard digital versions of MN9 do not include the Ray DLC, but it will be available for purchase on the PS Store.”

Mighty No. 9 will be releasing on September 15 in North America and September 18 in Europe for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, Mac, and Linux. The PlayStation Vita and 3DS get it “shortly after.”
