Original Story:

At 10am PT/1pm ET, Sony updated their PlayStation Network Status Page to reveal that the PSN is down on PlayStation 4, with issues affecting Gaming and Social and the PlayStation Store (see above).

Ask PlayStation adds, “Engineers are investigating issues with the PSN connectivity; thanks for your patience.”

As Bungie Help said on Twitter, “We are aware of issues impacting those on PlayStation and their ability to connect to Destiny. We’re currently investigating.”

We’ll keep an eye on the PSN issues today and let you know of any updates, though hopefully it won’t be as bad as what happened on Friday.

Have you been experiencing issues with the PSN today? Are you excited for the PlayStation Plus free games?
