Answering some questions on Reddit, developer Arrowhead talked about the performance of Helldivers on PS Vita:

The performance on Vita will never be able to be as good as if you were playing on a PS4, unfortunately. As you have said, it is one of the compromises that is made due to the cross-play. With that being said, we do try to improve on areas where we can – for example, we managed to cut down some of the Vita loading times in the previous patch. We will see what we can do :).

On Twitter, they said an issue where the Trophy wouldn’t unlock after you’ve upgraded everything will be coming in the next patch.

And here’s what they had to say about adding PvP to Helldivers:

PvP is not something we will likely be adding, due to the fact that it would make it a whole other game than what we intended!

As well, the bonus weapons for Masters of the Galaxy inside the retail version of Helldivers next month will “be available to purchase at a later date for people who are not buying the retail.”
