PS4 Media Remote From PDP Is Officially Licensed by Sony and Costs $29.99, Launches This October

A PDP representative told Eurogamer that the remote is hopefully coming to Europe later this year:

Currently this product is for the N.American market only. We are in the process of getting this product made available for Europe. We hope to be able to for Q4 this year but [it’s] still to be confirmed.

Officially licensed by Sony, a PlayStation 4 media remote from PDP has popped up on Amazon and GameStop with a $29.99 price tag and an October 2015 release window.

Featuring wireless Bluetooth communication with the PS4, and IR communication with up to three additional devices (TV, Cable, AUX), the remote’s description says it has a “minimum 6 month battery life under normal use (requires 2 AAA batteries).”
