Not only will Skylanders SuperChargers feature vehicle-based and on-foot exploration and combat, but it will also have both split-screen and online racing.

In a press release sent out by Activision, it was revealed that SuperChargers will let players race across “Land, Sea and Sky environments” in an all-new Racing Mode. The Starter Pack will come with six courses, with each one featuring “hidden routes, power-ups, and diverse location.” Players will be able to race against friends, or complete time-trials and aim for a high ranking on the leaderboards.

Several screenshots have also been released, and you can check out a gallery of them below:

Skylanders SuperChargers will be releasing on September 20 for PlayStation 4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, and iPad. Check out of preview of the game here.
