Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has announced that it will be publishing Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 in Japan this year. This is the first time Square Enix won’t be publishing a title in the series for the Japanese audience since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Square Enix used to publish two different versions of the game – subtitled and dubbed. However, Sony will include an option for dubbed voices and subtitles on a single disc.
On the other hand, Microsoft has announced that it will be publishing the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of Black Ops 3 in Japan. Just like Sony, the dubs and subtitles will be available on the same disc.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be out on November 6.
