Following an update to Persona 5‘s website that detailed four main characters, a fifth character has been revealed by Japanese magazines as Yusuke Kitagawa (Goemon persona). Voiced by Tomokazu Sugita, the character is a scholarship student who is enrolled in an art course at Kosei Public High School, and is a live-in disciple of a famous painter, Madarame.

The Persona names for the previously revealed characters are:

Protagonist – Arsène

Ryuji Sakamoto – Captain Kidd

An Takamaki – Carmen

Morgana – Zoro

We’ve also learned that these “Phantom Thieves of Hearts” will cause some trouble in the city, and send out notices to people asking them to confess their crimes and reform. The group will go after “corrupt adults” and their “corrupt hearts” to help change the world.

Persona 5 is scheduled for release in 2016. We’ll update our readers when more information becomes available.
