Rocksteady Adding Movie-Inspired Batsuit to Batman: Arkham Knight, Expect It Later This Year

Because Rocksteady received so many requests for a Batsuit to go with the recently released Tumbler Batmobile in Batman: Arkham Knight, they’ve decided to make it a reality. As Game Director Sefton Hill adds though, it could take some time:

We’ve had a lot of requests for the Batsuit to go with the Tumbler. We hear you so we’re going to make it happen!

Warning: the suits take a very long time to build because of the insane amount of detail. Expect it near the end of the year.

You can let Hill know which suit (Batman Begins or The Dark Knight) you’d like to see by replying to him on Twitter. (Update: Hill said, “#BatPeoplePower has spoken. We’re going to build the TDK batsuit! Thanks for your feedback!”)

After announcing the new Batsuit, Hill revealed that an October update will add the ability to play harder versions of challenges:

Did you know you can play harder versions of each combat challenge by accessing them in New Game+? You get bigger bonuses too. Hard challenges have no counter icons and faster, tougher enemies with a special end of fight bonus as a reward.

We’ll add the option to trigger the hard difficulty from the front end for all combat and bmob combat challenges in an October update.

Hill then offered up this tutorial on how to access the newly added Big Head Mode:

If you want more Arkham Knight content, the GCPD Lockdown arrives on September 29, with Catwoman’s Revenge in October.
