Announced earlier this week, the Dragon Age Inquisition Game of the Year Edition will require you to download all the add-on DLC, rather than access it through the disc:

According to the PlayStation Store, the combined download sizes of Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, The Trespasser, Deluxe Upgrade, Spoils of the Avvar, and Spoils of the Qunari equals roughly 6.8GB.
Available through retail and digital stores on October 6 in North America and Europe, the Game of the Year Edition will cost $59.99 USD.
If you’re hoping for a bundle with all the Inquisition DLC, the Dragon Age Twitter account said, “We have no plans at this moment in time. Please keep checking our social channels for all the latest announcements.”
