On Twitter, David Vonderhaar, Studio Design Director at Treyarch, revealed that two Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 hot fixes released today.

Here’s what each of them addressed:

33.13.16

  • Challenge fixes, map exploits, weapon Prestige bug, >4 ZM lobbies, Cerberus friendly EMP, +more.

33.14.16

  • Minor playlists updates for Arena. Let’s just say I got bad news for you team killers. Check your shots.

When yesterday’s hot fix was released, affecting matchmaking for some players, Treyarch said, “Game Settings have changed. We released a small update this morning for PS4/Xbox1/PC and continue to develop & test additional updates.”

While hot fixes are automatically downloaded in game and don’t require a full update file, Black Ops 3 will receive full updates in the future. As Vonderhaar said, “Patches (usually) roll up all previous Hotfix updates. Hotfixes happen so frequently that we are going to keep it casual because SANITY.”

In a recent stream, Treyarch said they won’t give out details of all Game Settings Updates (hot fixes) as they release frequently and are typically minor back end stuff. For full-blown patches though, Vonderhaar added, “When we actually release a patch, we will lay it out more concisely.”

Vonderhaar also revealed a couple other pieces of information:

When the next full patch becomes available, we’ll let you know.
