Following delays and a required name change, PC game Fenix Rage from Green Lava Studios will hit the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this winter as Fenix Furia.

An old school 2D platformer, Fenix Furia adds an Easy Mode to introduce new players to the madness, retuned game levels based on feedback from the PC version that balances some of the difficulty in later levels, a new playable character, and exclusive features, including the split-screen Two Player mode where you race to finish each level as quickly as possible.

Lead Developer Eduardo Ramirez said:

It’s very exciting that the journey to bring our game to consoles will be finally happening soon. While we’ve had to overcome a couple of obstacles, we want to thank all gamers for their patience. We’ve added some great new modes and definitely incorporated player feedback on level difficulty to make Fenix Furia a fantastic platform game.

Fenix Furia sees you playing as Fenix, one of two survivors after your village is destroyed by an explosion. Tracking down the mysterious enemy Oktarus through nine worlds, you’ll fight bosses and minions as you try to return order to Fenix’s world.
