First Balance Tweaks for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Target Rose

Based on player feedback, EA and developer PopCap are primed to roll out the first wave of balancing tweaks for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, with Rose being the main target.

Word comes by way of the game’s official blog, where EA conceded that the plant class in question is overpowered, and the imminent update ought to address the issue.

Rose was conceived as a support role/specialist, not a primary damage dealer, and we’ve been working on rebalancing her to fit that role. This fix is going to be implemented very soon and we thank you for your patience and incredible support while we get it ready.

No word yet on when we can expect said update, but the publisher asked fans to keep their peepers peeled on the Garden Warfare 2 Twitter feed.

Speaking of which, there’s also mention of the shooter’s maiden content update. Entitled Graveyard Variety Pack, the add-on will be released for free, with the image below offering up an early peek at its all-new map. Again, EA noted that more details will emerge closer to launch.
